What’s your refund policy?
It is intended that you are satisfied with the services provided and the client is always responsible for final approval of the work. From time to time, mistakes can happen and reasonable rework will be done to correct them. We will not reimburse for work that is completed and retainer charges are not refundable.
Do you freelance in person or virtually?
I work virtually. When possible, I will meet in person with clients within 15 miles of me. I will also arrange to attend meetings as mutually agreed and client is responsible for travel expenses.
Do you have customer service?
Of course! You can email, text, or call and I will respond to answer your questions as soon as possible, usually within 2 business days.
